Water Watch Penang jointly organised with Salcon Berhad a “River & Water Educational Programme” on 23rd August 2014 at Taman Lembah Kiara in Tun Dr ismail area. A total of 43 primary students and 4 teachers from SK Bandar Behrang and SK TUDM Subang joined and were learning about the importance of rivers (especially for water supply), how to monitor the health of rivers, do river clean-up and discussions on how to protect and conserve rivers for the future.
